The Union of Metropolitan Transport Companies of Greater Vitória (GVBus) represents the 11 operating companies of the Transcol System: Metropolitana, Praia Sol, Vereda, Serramar, Serrana, Expresso Santa Paula, Santa Zita, Nova, Granvitur, Unimar and Satélite. Currently, the operating public transport fleet includes 1,423 buses, including articulated, conventional and minibuses that serve the Selective service, which circulate 333 lines.
Of the 14.1 million passengers served each month, their consent management solution had to be well-branded and clear messaging to ensure great user experiences and informed consent options while ensuring they get the data they need.
Additionally, processing a large volume of DSAR (Data Subject Access Requests) requests from consumers is time-consuming and resource intensive. Manually processing DSAR took significant effort to locate and gather all the relevant personal data of a data subject. The organization also needs to verify the requester’s identity before sharing any information, which can add to the processing time.
