Prateek Jain is the visionary leader behind Mandatly, driving transformative advancements in modern compliance operations. With over two decades of experience in access governance, risk management, and continuous compliance, Prateek has helped organizations address and solve some of their most critical security and privacy compliance challenges. Having mastered the intricacies of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), Prateek honed his skills within influential Big4 firms, advising businesses on compliance strategies. This rich experience laid the foundation for Prateek’s evolution into the dynamic intersection of privacy management and compliance operations. In his current role as CEO, Mandatly is pioneering a transformative era, empowering businesses to navigate privacy compliance operations with ease leveraging its cutting-edge SaaS solution.
Mickey Shah
Co-Founder and CTO
Mickey Shah has over three decades of experience building enterprise-grade software used by thousands of companies worldwide. He has experience developing cutting-edge and segment-defining software and services for small, mid and large enterprises. Previously he founded Winshuttle in 2000 and Innowera in 2008 and has successfully exited both the companies. In his current role as a Chief Technology Officer, he is responsible for shaping the company’s technological direction, driving innovation, and ensuring that technology serves as a strategic enabler for Mandatly’s growth and success. He is also a Chairman of the Board and helps shape the overall direction of the Mandatly.

With over 30 years of expertise, Brian Fleming is a seasoned strategist in marketing, sales, and corporate development, specializing in growth-to-exit business consulting. As a fractional Strategic Growth Advisor at Mandatly, he advises Mandatly of new client acquisition strategies and drives corporate development initiatives, ensuring sustained success through strategic alignments and partnerships.
Vipul Kapoor
Chief Operating Officer
With an extensive career spanning over two decades, Vipul Kapoor emerges as a visionary leader with a remarkable aptitude for strategic leadership. His prowess extends to technology partnerships, external relationship cultivation, and strengthening technology teams. He co-founded and served as CTO of eZee, a catalyst for success in the global hospitality sector, boasting a diverse client base worldwide. At eZee, he held pivotal responsibilities encompassing international strategic vision, software development, infrastructure management, and communication systems. Notably, he played a critical role in liaising with partners, internal stakeholders, third-party technology associates, and the expansive strategic network. Presently, as Chief Operating Officer at Mandatly, he spearheads team dynamics, product innovation, operational excellence, and Go-To-Market strategies.
